Generation Success was born from the personal journey of our founder, James Adeleke, who saw firsthand the challenges that come with navigating career opportunities without the right support. 

 What started as a small initiative has now evolved into a thriving community that has supported over 10,000 success seekers, connecting them to mentors, career opportunities, and industry-changing insights.
